We're so fancy...

This is the third year we've been guests of some of Ted's clients (and our good friends, "The Doc's") at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Gala. I LOVE getting so dressed up. Ted, not so much.

This year was so fun because we knew some more guests....

At church, we went to a Mother-Daughter PJ party and had a great time. We did not sleep over, however. Maybe next year?

Celebrate good times, come on!

We've had many things to celebrate lately. In order, starting with the most recent....

Then there is my fabulous 40! To give you a play-by-play of the day...

I was served a delicious breakfast in bed by this group.

Next was lunch with my mom. While we were there.....

Ted and the kids decorated my car! I got several honks for the week that the messages were on my car. At least I think it was for the messages.

Dinner with the fam at a yummy mongolian grill. (Are you noticing a food theme?)

And then....

Yes, I was surprised! By my neighbors upon returning home that evening. It was truly a fabulous day.

Here is Anna's b-day, that was celebrated with our great freinds.

Kassy is 40!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Yes, it is true! My beautiful, young bride is now 40 years old! It seems like it was only yesterday and we were drinking grape kool-aid, swinging on the glider. All I know is she is the love of my life and I couldn’t make it without her!

I can't believe my baby is six! You add such joy to our lives and your happy personality and funny giggle bring a smile to everyone you know. We love you!

The spa weekend for 40 year old girlfriends!

So there are LOTS of 40th b-days we are celebrating this year. Some of my high school friends decided to do a spa weekend to commemorate this milestone. It was an AWESOME time! I can't remember feeling so relaxed, for such an extended period of time.

And finally, in related birthday news.......TED AND I ARE GOING TO GREECE!!! Thanks to our Moms, and Panos' persistence, it all came together. I can hardly believe it, and can't wait 'til May.
