Fall
So, obviously I haven't been doing many updates. I update Facebook more frequently, but realize some of you aren't on that, so here are some of our activities from the past few months...
Grammy's b-day celebration. Those bunny ears just never get old, do they?
Mt Horeb's homecoming.....a few moms enjoying the beautiful fall weather before the....
PARADE! Sweetest thing ever! The whole town comes out to watch it! Will in his first marching band experience. (He also won the most red contest in his grade, but had to change into his band uniform)
We had a BEA-U-TIF-UL fall in Wisco!! Note the date, and this day was early release at school, so we (ok, the kids) swam in the lake about a mile from our house.

McMillan Visit
Since our brothers live far away, a visit is always a special treat! Bob and his family came and started off our summer right!
Ted's fav thing to do is ride his bike. He got this passion from Brother Bob. This year, they were able to do Ted's fav event together, "The Horrible Hilly Hundreds". Also joining them were Julie's brother John, Scott Stevenson, (Ted, Bob), Charlie Teasdale, and Julie's brother Greg. Ted said it was his favorite Hilly ever. Yuck.

Memorial Day Weekend
Our neighbors have a beautiful home in Minocqua that five families enjoyed over the weekend! Fantastic weather! Great friends! Wonderful memories....
Our hostess is also training for a Tri, so she got some open water swimming in. The girls called her "Aqua-woman"
Our canoers on Squirrel Lake
Melissa and I sunning on the deck. "Is anyone else's lips numb?" Where is Johnny Cabana? Can I use the green towel?
Lynn, Teresa, Melissa, me! xoxo you ladies!
We had a very, very serious incident. Ted was trying to get Kaleb to play on the floatie thing in the background. As he was walking back, his beloved croc got stuck, and lost in the mucky stuff in the bottom of the lake. As he was looking for the first one, the second one went missing as well. Thank goodness, after some diligent searching, they were both found. I'm sure we wouldn't have left until they were!
