Will's ER visit

We had a exciting day yesterday. Will was invited to a sledding party with a bunch of 4th grade boys, many who he didn't know yet, so he (and Mom!) were pumped. Well, it was fun until we had to go to the ER because of a head on collision, when he knew who he was, but not much else. The freakiest part was the 1/2 hour ride to the hospital, when about every 60 seconds he'd ask, "Where are we going?" His memory is back, but he's still pretty dizzy and tired. It should at least make for an exciting story when he heads back to school. Thanks for the prayers, those of you who got a panicked call!

We had been planning as a family to do some ice skating since we had so much fun in CA doing it. This outdoor rink is really close to our house, so Kaleb and I decided to test it out for when Will can join us!

Anna decided to stay home with Will and be his company....but she's practicing with her roller skates. Once again, doesn't she have such unique fashion sense? Please also notice the Shrek tatoo on her chest. Simply beautiful.

We STILL love our Packers

Packer fans, including me, are still in mourning over the NFC Championship loss. Seriously. To get soooo close......oh well. It's a young team, and next season should be great!! We haven't been doing much because it's so darn cold and snowy!!

Here we are on Saturday, waiting for the Packer playoff game. And they won!!! Yee-ha! My happiness will be complete if the Dallas Cowpies go down today! GO PACK GO!

Baxtie's new 'do

I love Baxter long and shaggy, but he gets really matted, so it was time for some grooming. Now you can see the Poodle in this Golden Doodle. And ya know the best part? We got to spend $90!!! to get it done. What a deal. I don't even like to spend $20 for mine! And the boys have been going to "Darlene's Family Hair Care Center and Craft Shop" for theirs. Darlene charges equal to their ages. I wonder if she'd do Bax? Also, please note his fancy 'kerchef. GO PACK!!

California Trip!!

My brother and family live in San Clemente. It had been four years since our last visit, so this trip was well overdue. We had a fabulous week!! It was hard to choose which pictures to post...

The day we got there, we headed to the beach. The water was chilly, but the kids didn't mind!

And for my kids first time, we went ice skating! It was outside at a mall. This is an activity we will definitely do here in Wisconsin. Good thing we went to Cali to try it out!
